What we document, and who it is for.

Eight service lines. Different buyers, different reports, one standard: a dated, geolocated, consistently formatted record of what the site actually looked like.

Construction Progress Documentation

Monthly or bi-weekly aerial capture, orthomosaic comparison, and a branded progress report your whole project team can work from.

From $750 per flight ->

Third-Party Jobsite Safety Inspections

Monthly or bi-weekly safety inspections walked on site and flown from above, referenced to 29 CFR 1926, with photographed observations and corrective action tracking between visits.

From $850 per month ->

Construction Layout, Stakeout, and Verification

GNSS layout and stakeout from approved plans, machine control verification, and as-built checks. Sealed deliverables are performed by a licensed land surveying firm engaged for that scope.

From $650 per half day ->

Visual Roof Inspections

Aerial condition documentation for TPO, membrane, and storm damage assessment. 30 to 60 high resolution photographs and a structured findings report.

From $450 ->

Insurance and Builder's Risk Documentation

Time-stamped, GPS-tagged, claim-defensible imagery for baseline, course-of-construction, and post-incident documentation.

From $1,200 per month ->

Industrial Mapping and Earthwork Verification

RTK-enabled mapping with placed ground control points, point cloud, contours, and volumetric calculations for earthwork and grading.

From $1,500 per flight ->

Real Estate and Property Marketing Imagery

Edited aerial stills and short-form video for listings, leasing packages, and property marketing. Web and print ready.

From $400 ->

Pre-Project Site Mapping

Current-condition orthomosaic and elevation data for architects, developers, and civil engineers. Replaces stale satellite imagery in feasibility work.

From $600 ->

On pricing. Published figures are starting points for the smallest tier in each line. Final price depends on acreage, access, airspace, cadence, and deliverable format. Every quote is fixed before we fly, so there is no line item you did not agree to.

One flight, several deliverables

Most sites need more than one of these.

A single mobilization can produce the progress record, the safety walk, the orthomosaic, and the marketing stills. That is why the lines are priced to combine rather than to stack, and why clients who start with one usually end up on a program.

Tell us what the project is and we will tell you which of these it actually needs, including the ones it does not.

Ongoing programs

Recurring work, priced to be recurring.

Remote site monitoring

An aircraft staged on site flies an autonomous mission daily, weekly, or bi-weekly. Our pilot in command operates remotely with a briefed visual observer on the ground. No crew mobilization per flight.

  • Bi-weekly flights from $750/mo
  • Weekly flights from $1,200/mo
  • Daily flights from $1,800/mo
  • One-time site setup $750

Hybrid premium

Daily or weekly remote capture for the day-to-day record, plus a monthly in-person mapping flight for the survey-grade dataset. The combination most useful on active vertical construction.

  • Weekly plus monthly from $1,800/mo
  • Daily plus monthly from $2,500/mo
  • Larger sites quoted

Marketing capture programs

Monthly cinematic flyovers, hero stills, vertical social cuts, and a cumulative time-lapse that runs the length of the build. Delivered in 48 hours.

  • Monthly social cuts from $1,000/mo
  • Monthly progress marketing from $2,000/mo
  • Project-long program from $4,500/mo

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is yours.

Step 01

Scope

Send the address and what you need documented. We confirm acreage, airspace class, access, and cadence, then quote a fixed price. No walkthrough required.

Step 02

Fly

We handle airspace authorization where required, weather windows, and site notification. Our pilot in command runs the mission. Nobody on your team needs to be there.

Step 03

Process

Imagery is processed into orthomosaics, models, and measurements, then reviewed before release. Every deliverable is checked by a person, not just a pipeline.

Step 04

Deliver

Branded report, source files, and portal access inside 24 hours for routine work and 48 for complex. Pushed to Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud on request.

Service area and travel

Northeast base, nationwide reach.

Clinton, Connecticut is home, and work inside the corridor schedules fastest because it is a drive rather than a flight. Outside it we travel, and we quote travel openly instead of folding it into the rate.

Multi-site and portfolio programs are where distance stops mattering much. Send the site list and we come back with a routing, a schedule, and a number.

  • Within one hour of Clinton, CTNo travel fee
  • Northeast corridor, up to a 3 hour drive$150 flat
  • Extended drive, 3 to 6 hoursDay rate plus mileage
  • Nationwide fly-in mobilizationQuoted
  • Routine deliverables24 hours
  • Complex deliverables48 hours

Ready to get this on the calendar?

Send the site address and what you need. We come back with scope, a fixed price, and the first available window, usually the same business day.
