Insurance and Builder's Risk Documentation
Time-stamped and GPS-tagged imagery captured on a schedule, so the condition of a project at any point in time is a matter of record rather than recollection.
What you get
Every engagement, every time.
Insurance documentation is only worth what its consistency is worth. Captured on a schedule, formatted identically, and retained, it answers questions later that nobody thought to ask at the time.
- Project baseline capture before work begins
- Course-of-construction documentation on a fixed monthly cadence
- Post-incident and post-storm capture with chain-of-custody documentation
- Time-stamped and GPS-tagged imagery, unedited originals retained
- Pre-occupancy and final-condition record at closeout
- Consistent formatting across every project in a portfolio
Who uses it
Built for the person who has to defend the decision.
Builder's risk carriers and underwriters
A documented condition record across the policy period, produced by an independent party rather than the insured.
Adjusters and claims teams
When an incident happens, the question is what the site looked like before. A scheduled record answers it without relying on whatever photos happen to exist.
Developers and portfolio teams
One vendor, one format, every project. Useful for internal risk reporting and for whatever conversation comes later.

What gets recorded
Condition, on a date, in a format that holds up.
Elevations, roof planes, site conditions, and stored materials, captured the same way every month so any two dates can be compared without an argument about the angle.
Unedited originals are retained in their delivered state. What you receive is a working copy, not the only copy.

Common questions
What does chain-of-custody documentation include?
Capture metadata, flight log reference, unedited original files retained in their delivered state, and a record of every transfer and export. It establishes how the imagery was produced and handled, which is usually the first question anyone asks.
How quickly can you respond after an incident?
Same-day capture is available for a $500 surge over base, subject to airspace, weather, and daylight. Standby retainers exist so that response does not depend on us having capacity that day.
Can you cover a portfolio across several states?
Yes. Work inside the Northeast corridor schedules fastest because it is a drive. Beyond that we fly, and travel is quoted separately rather than folded into the rate. On a multi-site portfolio that travel gets amortized across the sites and routed efficiently, which is what makes a national program economical rather than a series of expensive one-offs. Send the site list and we come back with a routing and a number.
Are you the same party as the insured?
No, and that is the point. We hold no contract with the general contractor on the projects we document for carriers.
Ready to get this on the calendar?
Send the site address and what you need. We come back with scope, a fixed price, and the first available window, usually the same business day.
