Common questions
How fast is delivery?
Standard is 24 to 48 hours from capture. A 24-hour rush is available for $200 when the listing goes live sooner than the calendar allows.
Do we own the images?
You get a license for your marketing use of the delivered files, including MLS, listing sites, social, print, and brochures. Ask if you need broader rights and we will quote it.
Can you shoot at dusk?
Yes. Twilight capture adds $150 and needs to be scheduled around the actual light window, which is short and moves through the year.
What if the property is near an airport?
Much of the Northeast corridor, and most dense metro airspace anywhere in the country, sits in or near controlled airspace. Authorization is routine in most locations and we handle it, but it can add a day or two of lead time, so tell us early.
