Construction Progress Documentation
A dated aerial record of your project on a fixed cadence, delivered as a report the whole team can work from. Progress reporting, pay application support, and a defensible history of how the job was actually built.
What you get
Every engagement, every time.
The value of progress documentation comes from consistency. Same flight plan, same altitude, same output format, month after month, so any two captures can be compared without argument.
- Full-site aerial capture on your cadence, monthly or bi-weekly
- Orthomosaic compared side by side against the prior capture
- Branded PDF progress report, formatted the same way every month
- Web portal access to the model, imagery, and measurements
- Optional push to Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Cumulative time-lapse compiled at project close
Who uses it
Built for the person who has to defend the decision.
Owners and developers
You are approving payments and reporting to a capital partner. A monthly aerial record turns a status conversation into a documented one.
Lenders and construction monitors
Third-party documentation from a party with no stake in the draw. Consistent formatting across every project in the portfolio.
General contractors and project teams
A record that settles schedule questions, supports change order narratives, and gives the field something better than a phone photo.
The 360 deliverable
Stand in the middle of the job without being on it.
Alongside the flat imagery, each capture includes full spherical panoramas taken from fixed points over the site. Drag to look in any direction, zoom in on a detail, and see the whole project and its surroundings from one position.
They are the fastest way to give a remote owner, lender, or design team a real sense of the job, and they get read by people who would never open a 40 page photo set.
Three weeks apart, same camera position
Comparison is the product.
A single capture is a photograph. Two captures flown the same way are a record of what changed, and that is the thing a pay application reviewer, a lender, and a schedule argument all actually need.

East elevation, September 9 and October 1. Same altitude, same angle, same output format.
Flagship add-on
Monthly Progress Verification Report
The progress documentation flight, turned into a document that sits next to a pay application.
A contractor submits a G702 and G703 claiming a set of line items are a given percent complete. This report puts a dated aerial record beside that claim: side-by-side orthomosaic comparison to the prior month, per-line-item visual percent-complete review, elevation measurements, and volumetric verification on earthwork pay items.
Four different parties buy it on the same project: the developer or owner, the lender's construction monitor, the architect of record supporting AIA certification, and the builder's risk carrier. Because it is one flight, we package all four rather than pricing it four times.

Common questions
How often should we fly?
Monthly is the default and covers most vertical construction. Bi-weekly makes sense during fast-moving phases such as sitework, structure, and enclosure. Some sites justify daily or weekly capture, which is where remote site monitoring is a better fit than mobilizing for each flight.
Do we need to be on site when you fly?
No. We handle airspace authorization where the site sits in controlled airspace, coordinate the weather window, and notify your site contact before and after the flight. You get the deliverable, not a scheduling problem.
Can this feed Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud?
Yes. Integration setup is a $250 one-time charge and is waived for retainer clients. After setup, deliverables land in your project folder structure automatically.
What happens if the weather does not cooperate?
We monitor the forecast and fly the first viable window inside your cadence. If a month is genuinely unflyable, we tell you rather than delivering a compromised capture, and the cadence shifts rather than the price.
Are you affiliated with any general contractor?
No. Griffin AirWorks is an independent aerial services provider. We do not subcontract to a GC and we do not have an ownership relationship with one. That independence is the reason owner-side and lender-side clients use us.
Ready to get this on the calendar?
Send the site address and what you need. We come back with scope, a fixed price, and the first available window, usually the same business day.
